  • Presently home to the Écoles d’Art Américaines, a school of music, art, and architecture for American students for whom courses are lectured in English   by French  musicians, professors and artists.
  • The school led by Nadia Boulanger, a young composition and harmony professor until 1979, has affected  many composers such as Aaron Copland, Beveridge Webster, Elliott Carter, Louise Talma, Samuel Dushkin, Virgil Thomson.
